Making a guarantee claim

Send us your order number and a clear photo of the piece in daylight. That is all we need — there is no form and no proof of purchase to dig up.

Sizing help

Tell us which piece you are looking at and your measurement, and we will tell you honestly whether it will work. We would rather talk you out of the wrong size than process a return.
