Free delivery, every order
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. No minimum spend, no flat rate, nothing to add to your basket to unlock it. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
How long it takes
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 working days
- Everywhere else in Pakistan: 3–5 working days
Orders placed after 4pm, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by SMS once it has been handed to the courier. If the tracking number has not arrived within two working days, message us and we will chase it.
Cash on delivery
Available nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers rarely carry change.
If something goes wrong
Parcels occasionally get delayed, misrouted or returned by the courier. If your order is running late, contact us with your order number and we will track it down or resend it. You are not out of pocket because a courier had a bad week.
