The 6-month colour guarantee
Plated jewellery has exactly one real failure mode: the colour goes. So we cover it.
If the finish on your piece fades, dulls or discolours within six months of normal wear, send it back and we will replace it with the same piece free of charge. You do not need the original packaging. You do not need to prove anything. Just email us a photo and your order number.
What normal wear means: wearing it. Daily. To work, to dinner, out of the house. What it does not cover is damage from swimming pools, showers, saltwater, bleach or perfume sprayed directly onto the piece — those strip plating off anything, at any price point. The care page explains how to avoid it.
Physical damage — bent bands, snapped chains, lost stones from impact — is also outside the colour guarantee, though message us anyway and we will see what we can do.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? Wrong size? Not what you pictured on screen?
Return any unworn piece in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item, or immediately as store credit if you prefer.
Return shipping is on us if the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours.
Exchanges
Want a different piece or a different size? Email us before sending anything back and we will hold the replacement for you so it does not sell out while your parcel is in transit.
What cannot be returned
- Earrings that have been worn — hygiene rules, not ours
- Pieces damaged by misuse or by ignoring the care instructions
- Sale items marked final sale at the time of purchase
How to start a return
Email us with your order number, the piece you are returning, and a photo if it is a guarantee claim. We reply within one working day and send you the return address.
